BLOOMSBURG — With rain in the forecast on Saturday, Bloomsburg University is moving its undergraduate commencement ceremonies to the Nelson Field House on the school’s upper campus. The starting time for two of the ceremonies has been adjusted due to the change in venue.
- The day will begin at 9 a.m. with the ceremony for the Zeigler College of Business and the College of Education.
- The ceremony for the College of Science and Technology will be held at 1:15 p.m.
- The College of Liberal Arts will be held at 4:45 p.m.
Tickets will be required for all guests attending the ceremonies at Nelson Field House with the requirement strictly enforced. Anyone who does not have a ticket will be able to view the ceremony at Haas Center for the Performing Arts on the lower campus. In addition, audio only will be available by tuning into WBUQ-FM (91.1).
Shuttle buses will transport guests to Nelson Field House from parking lots on both upper and lower campus as well as the hospital lot on Lightstreet Road. Handicap parking will be available in the Monty’s lot adjacent to the Nelson Field House. Anyone without a ticket should proceed directly to the Haas Center for the Arts to view the ceremony.
