BLOOMSBURG — Food, games and music will take center stage at outdoor picnics Saturday, April 17, at Honeysuckle Apartments and the lawn adjacent to Monty’s on the upper campus of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

The picnic will begin at 9 a.m. with music provided by a disc jockey from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is the third year Honeysuckle staff has hosted a spring picnic.

BU’s upper campus apartment staff and DASL (Developing Ambitious Student Leaders) members will hold a free “Fun and Sun” picnic for students and their friends April 17 from 2 to 6 p.m. Hamburgers, hotdogs and other picnic foods will be served free of charge and music and outdoor games will be provided.
