BLOOMSBURG-- Bloomsburg University women's basketball player Colleen Kegerreis (Schuylkill Haven/Schuylkill Haven) was named first team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) for the 2007-08 season.
Kegerreis, a 6-2 center, led the Huskies in scoring (13.6), rebounding (9.5) and blocked shot (2.1) average this past season. During the year she had 14 double-doubles and on three occasions scored a season-high 22 points. She also grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds and blocked a career-high seven shots in a game against Lock Haven in December. She finished the season shooting 47.7 percent from the floor (142-298) and 77.6 percent from the free throw line (83-107).
Kegerreis, who was named first team All-PSAC a year ago, will go into her senior season with 904 career points (18th in school history), 617 rebounds and 124 blocked shots (2nd in school history).
